Top 5 iOS Navigation and Maps Apps in Turkey - Q2 2022

During the second quarter of 2022, the performance of the top five iOS navigation and maps apps in Turkey varied significantly. According to data from Sensor Tower, Google Maps dominated the category with impressive user engagement, while other apps like Radarbot: Speed Cameras | GPS showed notable revenue increases.

Google Maps maintained strong weekly downloads, peaking at around 163K in early May and fluctuating between 58K and 94K throughout the quarter. Its weekly active users consistently exceeded 5.9M, reaching a high of approximately 7.4M in mid-June.

Yandex Navi – navigation, maps experienced steady downloads, ranging from 5.6K to 9.7K weekly. Active users grew from about 351K to 455K by the end of June. Revenue showed minor fluctuations, with peaks at $23 in late June.

Yandex Maps & Navigator had a stable download rate, with weekly figures between 2.9K and 4.9K. Active users hovered around 115K, peaking at 118K mid-June. Revenue remained modest, reaching up to $18 in late April.

Radarbot: Speed Cameras | GPS saw a significant increase in revenue, starting at $454 and peaking at $865 in early May, with a high of $744 in late June. Downloads peaked at 4.5K in early May, with active users growing from around 5.6K to 8.8K by the end of the quarter.

Google Street View had consistent download numbers, averaging around 1K weekly with a peak of 2.1K in mid-June. Active users showed a notable increase in mid-June, reaching 3.8K from an average of around 2.5K.
